On October 2, Carr will discuss his latest book Targeted: Beirut, co-authored by historian and Pulitzer Prize Finalist, James M. Scott. Targeted: Beirut is an in-depth look of the horrifying 1983 terrorist attack in Beirut. Based on comprehensive interviews with survivors, extensive military records, as well as personal letters, diaries, and photographs, this is the authoritative account of the deadly attack.
